      How long has my order has been confirmed, when can production start? 

      After the order confirmed, we will arrnage production schedule as soon as possible. Usually some preparatory work will be done before production, like: double check the order details, preparing materials,raw material purchasing ect. The specific production start time will be vary by the order type and current production status, you can check the order status with the services team to get accurate information. 

      How to check my order status and production progress? 

      After processed the production, we will send you order status and production progress update by SMS or online services group; if you need to check the status of your order instantly or any questions during the production,please feel free to contact with our services team who serve you. They will provide you with detailed information and supports.

      Order Confirmation and payment

      After you confirmed the sample and offer, we will generate a formal contact for you which clarifies both parties’ rights and obligations, price, delivery date ect., and confirm the details and payment method with you.

      My order has exceeded the estimated completion date, what should i do if there is any delay?

      We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, if production delays may case by various, such as: increased order volume during peaking season, saw material supply issues,Temporarily adjust production processes or logo accessories ect. We will try our best to resolve the delay and speed up the produciton schedule, if there is any delays, we will notify you in time so that you can keep abreast of the situation.

      Do you provide international shipping and tracking services? How to check the logistics status of my order? 

      Yes, we provide international shipping service and will provide you with logistics tracking information. Once your order are shipped, we will provide detailed information of packing details, shipping company, Shipping method, tracking number ect. So that you can keep tracking the shipment status of estimated arrived time.
